Huff and Puff Fitness Class
This group is not currently meeting. Join us on Mondays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to noon in Room C-251 at our Main Campus for the Huff and Puff Exercise Group adults ages 55 and over. Exercise is a great way to promote a healthy, active lifestyle in adults.
This class is designed to increase strength, flexibility and your range of motion. It’s all low-impact, in fact, some of the exercises you can do while holding on to a chair. We’ll be using light weights…no more than 5lbs and tubing to build your strength and flexibility.
A certified instructor directs us with specialized instructions for individual limitations.
