Don’t Miss 19 Miles to Music Row
Be sure to join us for 19 Miles in September with the incomparable Leslie Satcher. Best known for her huge hit songs “When God Fearin’ Women Get The Blues” by Martina McBride, “Troubadour” by George Strait and the Gretchen Wilson & Merle Haggard hit “Politically Uncorrect,” Leslie Satcher’s songs have been recorded by a veritable who’s who of the music world. Her list of cuts include Willie Nelson, Trace Adkins, Jason Aldean, Kellie Pickler, Lee Ann Womack, Blake Shelton, Vince Gill, Reba, Sheryl Crow, Bonnie Raitt, Sheila E., Ariana Grande and dozens more. She has received multiple BMI “Million-Air” awards recognizing a song’s one-millionth airplay and her incomparable vocals contribute to an astounding number of Grammy, CMA & ACM award winning projects.
19 Miles is an outreach program for the church, so bring a few people with you to enjoy the night. As always, we’ll feature 4 singer-songwriters playing 3 songs each. Then we’ll wrap up the evening with “Inside the Hits” which features a different professional songwriter each month playing the songs that made them famous. You never know who’s going to show up in Franklin.
