(Church groups should contact our bus coordinator, Jeff Miller at jeffmiller7772@gmail.com, to arrange for a bus driver for their event. Only Church-approved drivers that are on file with the office are permitted to drive the buses.)

Non-church groups:

  •  There is a fee to use our facility.  Please check with the church office by emailing Holli Dawson at hdawson@franklinfumc.org for current rates. Once an event has been approved, fees are due and payable prior to your use of space.

  • A Certificate of Insurance must be provided by all outside groups in the amount of $1,000,000 general umbrella naming FFUMC as Additional Insured for the purpose of covering liability and property damage or accidents that might occur on church property. This Certificate is due in the Church office at least two weeks in advance of your event or the reservation will be cancelled.

  • Children must remain in the room with parents at all times while on the premises. Outside childcare providers  are not permitted and the Church does not provide childcare to outside groups.

  • All outside groups requesting use of church facilities must have and adhere to sexual molestation  policies and procedures regarding minors.

  • You can find written directions to our Main Campus as well as online access to Google maps for directions to both our Main Campus and Historic Sanctuary on at the "What to Expect" page on our web site or in the footer of each of the pages on our web site.
