You may begin attending the Grief Share sessions at any time. Each session is different so you do not have to attend in sequence. You can continue with Grief Share through the semester to view any videos and discuss information that you have not yet seen or heard. If you’ve experienced a significant loss, a Grief Share might be helpful. There is no cost to attend.

If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you have probably realized that many people do not understand exactly how you feel. It is difficult to be optimistic and think of your future when your heart is broken. This can be a confusing time when you feel lonely and have many questions about things you may have never faced before.

Grief Share groups meet weekly to help you get through these challenges and move forward in your life.

There are three main parts to Griefshare group meetings:

1. Video Seminar with Experts
2. Support Group Discussion
3. Workbook-based Personal Study and Reflection
